FirstNet can make your life easier we’re only on the other end of a phone call whenever you need us. Call our UK support centre and we will solve your computer problem in plain English and with as little fuss as possible. If we can’t fix the problem out over the phone, we can access your PC remotely while you watch. If we can’t access your pc for whatever the reason a ticket is issued and tracked according to your support contract and dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Hours of cover


Standard cover is delivered between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

24+ Care is provided 24 Hours 7 days a week.
